It is our goal in Children's ministry to teach Bible principles to our kids and to help them establish a relationship with Him now so that when the pressure comes, they will have the principles and the spiritual power to overcome the temptation. We organize our children's services much like the adult services at POBC. Praise and worship are led by the children praise singers. We assign ushers, who greet new children and their "buddies" for the day. Having the children participate in the services we feel this helps prepare them to be leaders and builds character. The praise singers and ushers are rotated each week so all children can have their turn as a leader.
